An authentic hand-hewn log cabin originally constructed in 1928. This fully modernized, spacious and upscale vacation home gives you the romance of the past while still providing all the comforts of today. Enjoy the totally updated interior, furniture and appliances of present while still feeling the warmth and nostalgia of the Northwoods. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main level plus a large loft with two double beds! Three of the bedrooms on the main level each have a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. With a spacious kitchen and large dining table you'll have no problem seating and feeding the whole cabin! This cabin is situated on an elevated location with user friendly steps to the lake and your dock are just a few feet away.

Treeland & Timber Kove Deposits: Reservations made for the following year require a $50 non-refundable booking fee. Deposits may be made by cash, check or credit card. If paying with cash/check the deposit is due within ten days of making your reservation. If paying by credit card, the deposit will be charged at the time of making the reservation and full earned within 24 hours of booking.

A deposit made on a credit card locks in the standard rate for the cabin regardless of how it is paid off. Discounted lodging rates are offered if you pay the entire amount of your stay with cash/check.

Pat’s Landing & Oak Shores Reservations: Reservations made for the following year require a $50 non-refundable booking fee. A booking fee and/or deposit must be paid by cash or check and is due within ten days of making your reservations.

Last Minute Reservations Held With Credit Card: A deposit is fully earned 24 hours from the time of booking. Any cancellations outside of 24 hours that are held on a credit card will be charged the deposit amount.

Treeland Resort, Timber Kove, Pat’s Landing & Oak Shores Guests Cancellation Policy:

  1. You have 24 hours to cancel your reservation. A valid credit card is required with everyreservation made. After 24 hours your reservation is subject to our cancellation policy below.
  2. All cancellations of lodging units or marina rentals 90 days or more from the arrival or rentaldate will be charged a $100 processing fee plus forfeiture of any booking fee paid.
  3. Any cancellation made less than 90 days of arrival results in forfeiture of 100% of deposit andbooking fee.
  4. Any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of thereservation. No exceptions will be given. If you have concerns about our cancellation policy you should purchase travel insurance online.
  5. This cancellation policy applies to ALL cancellation reasons, including but not limited toillness, weather, people in group cancelling, and so on.

PAYMENT MODE: We accept cash, personal/business checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We offer discounts for payment other than by credit/debit cards. Discount applies to lodging only.

RATES: Please note seasonal dates/rates on rate sheet. All rates are subject to WI sales tax of 5.5% and may be subject to a local room tax.

PEAK SEASON: (see dates on rate sheet)-lodging on a weekly basis only, with check in on Saturdays. Please call for possible openings for daily rentals. PEAK rates apply to New Year, Birkie, Memorial & Labor Day weekends.

SPRING/FALL/WINTER: Three night minimum stay.

ANY SEASON: Less than 3 night stay incurs $25/bedroom surcharge/night.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS: (age 24 mos.+) $25/night/person or $125/wk/person EXCLUDING TREELAND MOTEL-WINTER-$10/night/person.

SNOW CONDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS: If trails are OPEN and being groomed, no refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather. If weather causes the trails to close, we will refund your deposit 100% or transfer it over to another vacation date that calendar year.

RESERVED DATES: To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the number of nights reserved including marina rentals. Please check your confirmation-arrival and departure dates.

OUR RESTAURANTS: Harbor View Restaurant at Treeland open early May to mid-October. Pat’s Landing Bar & Grill open seasonally, including winter season
