This large cabin is the perfect gathering place for all your friends and family! With its five large bedrooms, two full baths, spacious kitchen and two living rooms with stone fireplaces and flat screen TV's there's room for everyone and everything. The whole family or fishing group will have lots of space for relaxation. If it's playtime, walk out the door and play a rousing game of pickleball or basketball just a few feet away. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets on Musky Bay from the wrap around decks, and grill out on your charcoal grill. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs; one bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twins, both just steps from the bathroom and kitchen. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bath; one bedroom offers two queen beds, the second one queen bed and the third has two twin beds.

Treeland & Timber Kove Deposits: Reservations made for the following year require a $50 non-refundable booking fee. Deposits may be made by cash, check or credit card. If paying with cash/check the deposit is due within ten days of making your reservation. If paying by credit card, the deposit will be charged at the time of making the reservation and full earned within 24 hours of booking.

A deposit made on a credit card locks in the standard rate for the cabin regardless of how it is paid off. Discounted lodging rates are offered if you pay the entire amount of your stay with cash/check.

Pat’s Landing & Oak Shores Reservations: Reservations made for the following year require a $50 non-refundable booking fee. A booking fee and/or deposit must be paid by cash or check and is due within ten days of making your reservations.

Last Minute Reservations Held With Credit Card: A deposit is fully earned 24 hours from the time of booking. Any cancellations outside of 24 hours that are held on a credit card will be charged the deposit amount.

Treeland Resort, Timber Kove, Pat’s Landing & Oak Shores Guests Cancellation Policy:

  1. You have 24 hours to cancel your reservation. A valid credit card is required with everyreservation made. After 24 hours your reservation is subject to our cancellation policy below.
  2. All cancellations of lodging units or marina rentals 90 days or more from the arrival or rentaldate will be charged a $100 processing fee plus forfeiture of any booking fee paid.
  3. Any cancellation made less than 90 days of arrival results in forfeiture of 100% of deposit andbooking fee.
  4. Any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of thereservation. No exceptions will be given. If you have concerns about our cancellation policy you should purchase travel insurance online.
  5. This cancellation policy applies to ALL cancellation reasons, including but not limited toillness, weather, people in group cancelling, and so on.

PAYMENT MODE: We accept cash, personal/business checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We offer discounts for payment other than by credit/debit cards. Discount applies to lodging only.

RATES: Please note seasonal dates/rates on rate sheet. All rates are subject to WI sales tax of 5.5% and may be subject to a local room tax.

PEAK SEASON: (see dates on rate sheet)-lodging on a weekly basis only, with check in on Saturdays. Please call for possible openings for daily rentals. PEAK rates apply to New Year, Birkie, Memorial & Labor Day weekends.
